Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We only offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Requesting an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us at help.buynowpakistan@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for evaluation.
Approved cases will be exchanged only.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Beauty & personal care products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Additional Notes

  • No refunds will be issued
